Latest TV Show and Movie DiscussionsThe Dollhouse season DVD/Blu-Ray is out tomorrow! It has the un-aired 13th episode, Epitah-One which people are totally raving about. I can't wait!!
Sylar is psychotic so I don't really see why he'd need a reason to do anything. Like in last night's episode, Sylar suddenly changed his personality and acted like a FBI agent and was pretty believable. He just changed within seconds. I'm sure Angela is doing something to him. We don't really know how long Sylar has been locked in level 5. We also don't know who or how long Angela has been feeding Sylar with people's powers. It could be that she's giving him certain powers that will make him more crazy or maybe more easily controlled. There are many possible reasons why the next episode he's a "nice" guy.
I can't believe I have to wait a whole week to see what happens next. I think I'm the most interested in Sylar right now. After seeing next week's previews, I can't imagine what's going on. Sylar a sweetie? It makes me a little nervous, really, about what the producers and writers are doing...but they've never let us down so far so I'm sure there are going to be some very interesting twists ahead!
Great fun and entertaining movie! The premise is a government program called "Eagle Eye" goes horribly wrong. The program has an A.I. called Auria that analyzes channels of communication, including cellphones, networked cameras, etc. to help gather information in the fight against terrorism. The government discovers a potential terrorist that they had the opportunity to eliminate and took action even though they were not 100% sure of the intel accuracy. It turns out that the killed the wrong person and serveral other innocent people.
This prompts Auria to launch Operation: Guillotine which is a directive to eliminate the nation's chain of command so that there can be new and better leadership. She enlists the help of Jerry (Shia LaBeouff) who's twin brother used his military clearance to lock out Auria from initiating the directive. Overall this was a great movie. The plot is a very familiar one since there are many films/books and TV shows with a similar premise. It was a fun few h... This was a pretty good episode of Heroes. It starts out with Angela Petrelli claiming to be Sylar's real mother then sending one of her employees in to "feed" Sylar. As the new head of the Company, Angela assign Noah Bennett and Sylar as partners to hunt down the psycho villains that escaped Level 5. Bennett was not happy to say the least. The track down the escapees to a bank where they were pulling a robbery. Bennett and Sylar manage to get inside and capture just one of the villains. The magnetic powered guy was killed by one of his partners and future Peter extracted present-time Peter from Jesse's body. Jesse attacks Sylar using his sonic scream but he eventually falls victim to Sylar. Sylar takes his power and Jesse ends up dead. Present-time Peter is pissed that Future Peter tried to kill Nathan. In an attempt to reason with Present-time Peter, Future Peter decided that the best way for them to make sense of all the extreme action is to visit the future and see it for themsel... |
